Providing support and resources to Navy SEAL’s and their families. The goal of the Charles Humphrey Keating IV Foundation is to research, develop, and implement evidence-based solutions to maintain family unity while improving the transition from Front Lines to Home Front.
Family members of Navy SEALs are often separated from their husbands and fathers for long periods of time. The lack of active presence from fathers and husbands can significantly change family dynamics that can lead to substantial challenges and stress.
The C4 Foundation is committed to helping families reconnect by providing unique programs in a private outdoor setting that are designed to promote healthy mindsets.
Our dedicated team will guide families through evidence-based research programs that are designed to emphasize gratitude mindsets. Research has shown that gratitude can greatly impact positive outcomes in psychological, social, and physical aspects of well-being.

The sustainability of our foundation relies on public support and donations. Your donations go directly towards our mission of supporting our SEALs and helping to “Preserve The Family”. A 560-acre developed ranch located in the mountains of Eastern San Diego County, a 60-minute drive from San Diego, will function as a unique private setting to encourage family bonding pre-deployment, during deployment, and post-combat deployments.
